Ohhh I seriously ADORE these 2.  I met Alondra last year at a wedding I was shooting.  She did the bride’s makeup and I started following her on instagram to credit her work.  Then I started to see more of her life and her amazing bargain hunts on IG story.  This girl is stylin’ on a budget! I absolutely LOVE her instagram feed! Then I started following Joey on instagram because his feed is super inspiring.  I wish I lived closer so he could be my personal trainer! I was super stoked when Alondra reached out to me about her wedding! Talk about a dream couple. Alondra and Joey are seriously the nicest people on earth.  I am soooo excited to be a part of their summer wedding this year!  I was so excited that they wanted to venture out into the desert.  So we drove out to Palmdale/Lancaster Area until we found Joshua Trees and beautiful rock formations.  Don’t ask me where this place is because I forgot to drop a pin.  We passed some beautiful beds of yellow daisies spread out onto the desert floor. I knew I wanted to do those shots on the way back when it got dusky and we did. We were surrounded by no one.  It was sooo nice. Perfect weather and no snakes lol.  It was really nice to explore a “desert-y” place that wasn’t Vasquez Rocks (even though I love that place). Enjoy!
